英文句子要看結構，不能只憑中文語感或靠近動詞的名詞來決定文法。這5句都的文法結構都有問題，但在哪裡呢？

1. Although the deadline is tight, but we can still finish on time.
2. I don't know why did the client change his mind.
3. The report which I sent it yesterday needs some changes.
4. If the supplier will agree, we can start production next week.
5. Working with different teams sometimes are challenging.

Debug Answer

1. Although the deadline is tight, we can still finish on time.
Although 已經表示「雖然」，後面不能再用 but 連接主要子句。中文可以說「雖然……但是……」，英文不需要兩個連接詞同時出現。

2. I don't know why the client changed his mind.
Why the client changed his mind 是名詞子句，不是直接問句，因此要使用直述句語序。比較：Why did the client change his mind?

3. The report which I sent yesterday needs some changes.
Which 已經代表前面的 the report，因此不需要再加 it 作受詞。這是關係子句中常見的重複受詞錯誤。

4. If the supplier agrees, we can start production next week.
談論未來可能發生的條件時，if 子句通常使用現在式，主要子句才使用 will / can 等形式。例如：If it rains tomorrow, we'll cancel the event.

5. Working with different teams sometimes is challenging.
Working with different teams 是整個句子的主詞，屬於動名詞片語，視為單數，所以使用 is。不要因為看到 teams 是複數就選 are。
