How are you recently? (X)
(O)How have you been?
We are looking forward to hear from you. (X)
(O)We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Please be noted (X)
(X) Please be noted….(請注意)
(O) Please note….
Well received (X)
(X) "Well received with thanks"(收到你的信了)
(O) I have received your email.
Please advise vs. please be advised
Please advise 和 Please be advised 意思不同
(O) Please advise….(請惠賜卓見)
(O) Please be advised….(謹通知台端)
Please advise us of any change in your plan.
Let us know/ Please tell us”。
Please be advised we received your payment on Nov. 7.
We received your payment on Nov. 7.
Appreciate ≠ Thank you
(X) I appreciate you for the opportunity.
(O) I appreciate the opportunity.
(O) Thank you for the opportunity.
(X) He thanked for the opportunity.
If any question
(X) If any question, please let me know.
(O) If there is any question, please let me know.
(O) Should you have any question, please let me know.
